This 3 week training prgram is designed to get you to unlock your full athelthic potential. This workouts gradually increases in diffuclty as you get used to the begginer movements.

The program can be completed on its own or before your other workouts.

Equipment recommended:

JUMP HURDLES (6” OR 12”)

PLYOMETRIC JUMP BOXES

RESISTNACE BANDS (5 ILBS - 50ILBS)

DUMBBELLS

*If you are unable to use a hurdle or plyometric jump boxes, you will have to improvise(chair, steps, blocks, cardboard hurdles, etc).

Recommended to take at least one day of rest between each training day.
